I want you to feel confident and cared for when you shop with me. This page explains how returns and exchanges are handled.
All Sales Are Final
Because each item is made to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please double‑check your size, color, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, I will gladly replace it at no cost to you.
To request a replacement, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

A brief description of the issue
I will take care of the rest.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

First, check with neighbors or your local post office

If it still cannot be located, contact me and I will help you file a claim with the carrier
Please note: I cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered, but I will do everything I can to assist you.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it immediately begins processing.For this reason, I cannot make changes to size, color, or address after the order is submitted.
Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
